我超爱吃的black mussels recipe.
Main ingredient :
1 whole pack of live black mussels
chopped parsley
2 tomato
1 huge olion
3-5 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon of butter
quarter bottle of white wine ( i like to add a lil bit of Moscato too )
Cooking method:
1. The most annoying part , to clean and scrub the outer shell of the mussels.
2. heat butter over medium heat, Add onion, garlic and fry for 1 min, then add tomato.
3.Pour in wine and mussels. Raise heat to medium high and steam mussels until shells open, about 3-5 minutes.
4.Serve your mussels, sprinkle with parsley!
